At Metro Commercial Properties we develop and manage quality office and industrial real estate property in the greater Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area for institutional capital clients. We supplement our office and industrial property focus with additional services in retail and commercial property association management.

We direct our business attention, and maintain focus on a small, select group of institutional client relationships. With the support of those key relationships, we have expanded beyond our Arizona origin into select cities across the western and southern United States.

We provide management services to our clients on a contractual third-party basis, but our business model has evolved to source acquisition and development opportunities in partnership with our institutional clients. Through capital co-investment and performance management structures we bear risk with our institutional clients, as well as we share in the rewards commensurate with our collective success.
