Since our founding in 1985 by Pat Althoff, Metro Commercial Properties, Inc has grown into a respected commercial real estate development and property management company providing third party client management services.

Over our 25+ year history, company leadership has expanded to include principals Ryan Foley and Tony Hepner, who bring extensive institutional asset management, acquisitions, and construction project management experience to Metro Commercial Properties. The foundation of our executive team has further grown to include respected industry veterans Janet Herlyck and Marty Brook, who each bring 25+ years of property and asset management experience.
